All public and holiday periods.
- First night deposit due at time of booking which is not refundable
- Balance due 90 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation within 90 days – 100 % cancellation fee (full stay)
- Cancellation within 120 days – 50 % cancellation fee (full stay)
- No show bookings – 100% cancellation fee (full stay)
- Check in time is 14h00
- Check out time is 10h00
- No noise policy from 23h00
Off-Peak Season
- First night deposit due at time of booking.
- Balance due 7 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation within 7 days – 100 % cancellation fee (full stay)
- Cancellation within 14 days – 50 % of 1st night deposit
- No show bookings – 100% cancellation fee (full stay)
- Check in time is 14h00.
- Check out time is 10h00.
- No noise policy from 23h00.
An incidentals deposit of R500 – for 1 night stay, R1000 – for 2-5 night stay, R2500 – for 6 or more night stay will be requested on check in which will be fully refunded on settlement of your account.
